Heart Rate Monitors;Perceived Exertion Scale

I am looking for a supplier of a heart rate monitor that can
send the signals to an interface to a PC, without wires
preferably.

Has anyone used Borg's perceived exertion scales for assessing
patient effort in functional capacity/work capacity evaluation.
I would like to hear from you, and any references that hacve
considered the validity would be appreciated
