Microvascular blood flow measurements

Dear biomch's,
We are looking for a system for contiunous montioring of microvascular
blood flow. We have been recommend to look at the TSI Laserflo Blood
Perfusion Monitor (Model BMP2). We would like to know if anyone had
experiences in using this system or other could recommand other systems
for such use. We would also like to know the lastest in technology with
regards to this.
