We have recently purchased some software which crashes in a very
unpredictable fashion. The software is Labtech Notebook Pro Version
8.01 for Windows. We are trying to collect 2 channels of EMG and
some force platform data (Bertec Force Plate #B30401, Type 4060A).
We are using a 386 PC with a math co-processor and 4 Meg RAM. We did
find out the software was searching for a version of visual basic
that was not included, but we fixed that. However, that did not fix
the problem of random and sporadic crashes. The manufacturer has not
been of much assistance.
Has anyone experienced similar problems with this software? Any
comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
