for assistance in getting David Winter's (1980) "Units, terms and stan-
dards in the reporting of EMG data". Following are two replies listing

I do know where you can find this reference, and it is free (Well
it used to be). It is located in Appendix B of a text produced by the
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Center for Disease Control.
The text is called Selected Topics in Surface EMG for use in the
Occupational Setting: Expert Perspectives. Editor is G.L. Soderberg it
is a March 1992 edition. I used it for an EMG class I was teaching. You
can get the manual by calling the NIOSH publication office
513-533-8287. The publication number on my text is 91-100.
