Position
Tenure track Assistant Professor position with emphasis in the biomechanical
aspects of movement available Sept. 1, 1995
Responsibilities
Teach and develop undergraduate and graduate courses in biomechanics and P.E.
and or Exercise Science. Develop a biomechanical analysis lab. Provide
academic and research advisement to undergraduate and graduate students.
Conduct research in the area of biomechanical aspects of movement.
Secure external grants and contracts to support research and training
programs. Promote and sustain interdisciplinary dialogue and research
Participate in Departmental and University committees and functions.
Qualification
An earned doctorate with a specialization in biomechanics or related area
is required. In addition, teaching competencies in Physical Education
and or Exercise Science are required.
Salary
Competitive and commensurate with experience
