The M.E. Muller Institute for Biomechanics in Bern, Switzerland is looking
for a Masters Level bioengineer to work in the area of cartilage
biomechanics. Primary research interests of our group include mechanical
testing and mechanical stimulation of adult and fetal cartilage, cartilage
structure/function relationships, and cartilage morphometry. The
successful candidate will be expected to assist in mechanical testing as
well as in histological preparation, stereological measurements,
microscopy, and biochemical and molecular biology assays. Position is
available for 2 years and can be extended.
