I have used surface EMG electrodes from In Vivo Metric, P.O. Box 249,
Heasldsburg CA 95448, (707) 433-4819, with no complaints.
You could also try Houston's Electrode Sales, 8906 Cadawac Road, Houston TX
77074, (800) 426-5031.
