Peak Perf.-Datapac compatibility

I am having problems transforming raw, analog
data from the Peak Performance version 5.1.1 with
Run Technologies Datapac software version 4. An
error message reads;

Unable to convert file: Domain Abnormal program
termination.

Is there anyone who has had similar problems, and
do you have a suggestion? I am also talking to
Peak and Run Technologies, but no solutions, yet.
