    BEGIN KODAK PRESS RELEASE ...

KODAK MOTION ANALYSIS SYSTEMS DIVISION SIGNS
DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH NAC VISUAL SYSTEMS

San Diego, Calif, March 24 -- Eastman Kodak Comapny's Motion Analysis
Systems Division (MASD) and NAC Visual Systems in Japan have signed an
agreement to distribute each other's motion analyzers.

MASD will market, sell and service NAC high-speed cameras as part of
Kodak's overall product offering to markets in North and South America,
and Europe. NAC, in turn, will market, sell and service Kodak's EktaPro
line of motion analyzers as part of its offerings to markets in the Far
    East.

"This agreement allows each company to market products in regions they
are familiar with," says Bill Kroon, marketing manager for MASD. "This
avoids the duplication of resources, making our services to customers
that much more efficient. The high-speed cameras and motion analyzers
are a good mix and complement each other very well."

NAC products include the HSV-1000, HSV-500 and the new Memrecam Ci and
C2S high-speed cameras, all of which are geared to the manufacturing,
sports and bio-mechanic sectors. The Ultranac camera system is used for
ultra-high framing rates and is used primarily in research and government
sectors. The company also makes the ImageExpress motion analysis
workstation, utilizing any video source as an input.

EktaPro Motion analyzers are used in research, design testing and
production applications. MASD also markets a line of high-resolution
    MegaPlus Digital cameras.

"Kodak expects this agreement will benefit our customers by providing an
even wider range of products through a single channel, resulting in a
product offering that has the best possible fit with their applications,"
Kroon says. "The extensive support and service organization of Kodak
will provide continued service for new and installed NAC systems."

Distribution begins April 3. For more information, please contact Wendy
    Telford at 619/535-2909

(Note: Kodak, MegaPlus and EktaPro are trademarks of the Eastman Kodak
Company. NAC, HSV-1000, HSV-500 and Memrecam are trademarks of NAC, Inc.
of Tokyo, Japan. ImageExpress is a trademark of SAI.)
