Research Assistantship in Rehabilitation Robotics
We are seeking candidates to fill one slot of a Research Assistantship or a
combined Teaching/Research Assistantship, starting in the fall of 1995.
The research involved is a part of a collaborative effort in Rehabilitation
Robotics, between Drexel University in Philadelphia and the Alfred I.
duPont Institute in Wilmington Delaware. The qualifications required are:
1. Prior engineering degrees from a well recognized academic institutions.
Preference will be given to individuals who have already earned their
master's degree. However, outstanding candidates without master's degrees
will also be seriously considered;
2. Qualification for admission to the Drexel's Doctoral Program;
3. High GPA;
4. Strong interest and some background in biomedical systems;
5. Candidates must have a valid permit to work in the United States
(student visa is not sufficient).
