Yes there is; send the command
SET BIOMCH-L INDEX
to LISTSERV@nic.surfnet.nl. If this results in an error message,

then on, you should receive a daily index of messages, including
instructions on how to retrieve the full text. Note that this
only works well if postings have meaningful 'Subject:' lines.
