*Abstract must conform to guidelines provided below to accommodate subsequent

The first sentence should be indented five spaces and margins of one
inch should be maintained on each side of the text. All text should be left
and right justified. Printing should be done with a new ribbon that assures
copy that can be easily reproduced.
SPECIAL FEATURE OF THE CONFERENCE:
Several awards will be given to a number of "Student Papers". Both graduate
and undergraduate students are encouraged to submit papers. Please indicate
whether your paper is to be considered for the award.
