For evaluation of Carpal Tunnel, one of the best is the Neurometer
Current Perception threshhold. Good for differentiating problems in
different types of nerve fibers and also for evaluating hypersthesias
from hypoesthesias. Used prominently in tracking diabetic and renal
peripheral neuropathies. If you want addresses, etc, let me know and
