    To: Clinical Biomechanists

I have been contacted by a neurologist who is interested
in using motion analysis techniques to quantify improvement
in the Parkinson's disease patients that he treats. In
particular, he wants to assess gait and also positioning
of the head/neck. The requisite equipment is available to
him through a local hospital that has used it for research
purposes exclusively. Since his interest is in doing this
clinically, he needs to be able to bill the involved
insurance companies for the testing. He wanted to know if
I knew of an appropriate way to do this (i.e. codes,
standard fees, etc.), and/or if I knew of anyone who was
currently doing it. Thus, if any of you have any
suggestions, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks
