    Dear all,

I know this is a little outside the usual BIOMECH domain, but I guess many
of you may work the field of cerebral palsy. A clinical colleague of mine
is searching foor people round the world using Botox.

I'd be grateful if you'd reply to the following:

    1. Is anyone out there using Botox for spasticity reduction (in CP or or
    other diseases)?

    2. If you are...

    a) What are you using it for?
    b) What sort of dosage and frequency are you using?
    c) What results are you getting?
    d) Any objective evaluation so far (e.g. gait analysis, spasticity measurement)?

I'll send a list of responses.

    Many Thanks,

    Chris
