valves used in hip implant surgery

I am trying to find out about backflow and gate valves used in hip
implant(prosthetic)surgery.I only know what they are manufactured in
Europe and have had no luck thus far on the web.Any help would be
greatly appreciated. This inquiry is being made on behalf of someone
