The National Centre for Prosthetics and Orthotics (NCPO) at La Trobe University
in Melbourne, Australia, has established a Home Page on the World Wide Web.
The Prosthetics and Orthotics course was established 20 years within the
Lincoln Institute of Health Sciences, now the Faculty of Health Sciences at
La Trobe University. The NCPO offers the only tertiary level course for
prosthetists and orthotists available in Australia.
The Home Page includes information about:
* NCPO Staff and facilities (including floor plans and architects drawings of
our new clinic and teaching facility under construction)
* course structure and individual subject descriptions
* honours and higher degrees by research
* ongoing research projects and abstracts of previous research
* P&O facilities, associations and suppliers in Australia
* links to other sites of interest to P&Os
