    Please circulate the announcement below to any colleagues or graduate
    students of yours that you feel might have the interests and
    qualifications for the position. Applications are being
    accepted immediately and the position will remain open until filled.

    your resume attached to an e-mail is an acceptable first step in the
    application process (to be followed by hard copy of all the materials
    described below). Candidates with a Master's degree and plans for
    pursuit of the doctorate may be acceptable for the position on a
    non-tenure track basis. The person who fills this position should be
    able to make significant contributions toward bringing together a
    diverse group of coaches and part-time faculty and maintaining
    coherence in a P.E. major with specializations in Teacher
    Certification, Sports Medicine, and Sports Management.




    PHYSICAL EDUCATION/SPORTS MEDICINE: St. Andrews Presbyterian College
    invites applications for a position starting Fall 1996 at
    Assistant/Associate Professor level, tenure-track or visiting
    depending upon qualifications. Doctorate in Physical Education
    preferred, ABD acceptable. Ability and expertise necessary to teach
    exercise physiology and kinesiology are essential. Opportunity to
    serve as Department Chair is available to interested and qualified
