RESEARCH STUDENTSHIPS (5 Posts)
2 or 3 years - stlg5,200 per annum
Candidates will possess at least a good honours degree and have
experience in or have studied an appropriate area of sports science
or a related discipline (such as engineering, physiology or
psychology). The Division of Sport Science has an international
reputation for its research programmes in biomechanics, motor
control, physiology and psychology. Preference may be given to
applicants wishing to research in motor development or learning,
sports injuries, biomechanical modelling, muscle biochemistry and
physiology, cardio-respiratory physiology, imagery or
psychophysiology.
Postholders will be expected to register for an appropriate higher
degree.
