I am about to start a study in which I will have a set of about 50 digitized
points defining the surface of a person's head in a variety of positions. I
will also have another set of points defining a solid structure in the
laboratory. I want to do calculations such as finding the distance between the
head and the structure.
Other than elaborate solid modelling systems, does anybody know of any software
to work with data sets such as these?
