Papers are solicited on new developments in theory, concepts,
applications and techniques in ALL facets of biomedical engineering.
Attendance and professional program paper presentations by individuals from
the USA and the entire world are encouraged and welcomed.
The 16th Southern Biomedical Engineering Conference (SBEC) is being held at
the beautiful Broadwater Beach Resort and Hotel in Biloxi, MS. The hotel,
in addition to providing ample and comfortable meeting space, is located
directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Hotel also offers to its
guests, golfing, tennis, and swimming facilities, as well as information on
