Dear Biomch-L readers,
I am a student at North Carolina State University beginning work in a
masters program in Biological Engineering, concentrating in Biomechanics. As
an avid moutain bike rider, I am interested in developing a project involving
the "degree of float" in clipless cycling pedals (especially mountain bike) and
the corresponding effects on the knee. If anyone is aware of research that has
already been conducted in this area or of any contacts that I could
investigate, it would be very helpful. Any comments, suggestions or opinions
