Dear Biomch-L readers,
As of yesterday, we have a "change of the guards" on Biomch-L. Ton van
den Bogert has packed his PC and other things, all set to move to Calgary
at Benno Nigg's laboratory. Ton, once again: thanks for your help and
contributions during the past two years, and good luck in Canada! I look
forward to see you on the list from your new address.
As I will be travelling as of this Monday until 1 August, Hans-Leo Teulings
in Nijmegen/NL has kindly consented
to co-moderate the list for the time being, until a final arrangement has
been made. Please contact him during this period if there are any Biomch-L
related queries.
On April 3, I posted an announcement for the FIRST WORLD CONGRESS ON ARTS
MEDICINE, to be held at the World Trade Centre in Rotterdam/NL from 29
September to 4 October, 1991. Unfortunately, the political events of this
year have prevented many persons from arranging their participation, so the
meeting has been postponed for one or two years. It seems that the American
organisers will arrange something in New York this year; those of you inter-
ested should contact them at the addresses mentioned in my 3 April posting
(see the April 1991 Biomch-L archive). I look forward to the new event at a
later time: I was looking forward to the Rotterdam meeting!
Regards -- Herman J. Woltring, Eindhoven/NL
