Dear Biomch-L readers,
Having seen Moshe Nissan's posting onto the Biomch-L list today, I think
that he has been very modest when describing his interests. I should like,
therefore, to mention his 1977 PhD-thesis from the University of Strath-
clyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and his subsequent paper "Review of some basic
assumptions in knee biomechanics", Journal of Biomechanics 13(1980/4),
375-381. I should think that there might be quite a few Europeans around
who could profit from meeting him!
Herman J. Woltring, Eindhoven/NL.
(-: with the iron curtain now torn, I was intrigued by Moshe's definition of
`Central Europe' as covering the territories of Austria, Czechoslovakia,
Germany, The Netherlands, and even the United Kingdom. What happended
to Splended Isolation? :-)
