SYMPOSIUM on FOOTWEAR BIOMECHANICS

August 21-23, 1997
Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo, Japan
The Working Group's third Symposium will be held as a satellite meeting
of the XVI th ISB Congress in Tokyo Japan, August 22-23 1997 with a
welcome reception on the evening of August 21. The Symposium will share
the same venue as the ISB Congress, with meetings held in the
International Hall at Tokyo Metropolitan University. The ISB Congress
itself is scheduled for August 25-29, 1997 with the ISB tutorial program
and opening reception on August 24th
Following the pattern of previous Symposia, this meeting will include
seminar length ul presentations by invited speakers and opportunities
for extended discussion. Approximately two-thirds of the Symposium will
be devoted to original papers. The time allowed for each paper will
normally be 15 minutes with additional time for discussion. The deadline
for submission of half page abstracts is March 15, 1997.
