The Division of Kinesiology at the University of Michigan is seeking up
to three faculty who can add to the scholarly mission of the unit. The
Division is one of 19 degree granting academic units on the Ann Arbor
campus. Successful applicants will be those who have demonstrated their
capability to carry out funded, independent research and work in a team
environment. The scholarly mission of the unit is to contribute to
knowledge related to movement in areas such as physical activity,
health, business and economics, and quality of life over the lifespan.
The applicant will be expected to add to the instructional offerings in
one or more of the Movement Science, Physical Education, Sports
Management and Communication undergraduate curricula and in the
Kinesiology graduate program. Appointments will be considered at all
academic levels.
