Position Announcement: Research Assistant
The Rehabilitation Foundation Inc. (RFI), an independent, not-for-profit
foundation whose sole purpose is advancing research and education in the
field of physical medicine and rehabilitation is recruiting a full time
research technician. This position will be responsible for providing
technical assistance for research (including data analysis and
interpreting) activities in the following areas:
1) Statistical support of identified research projects
2) Provide analysis of various program indices, i.e. patient satisfaction,
follow-up and outcomes
3) Support the Foundation and it=92s customers in statistical measurement
and design
4) Work together in a multi-disciplinary team environment serving as a
primary resource in assessing a variety of health related
outcome data.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a Masters degree in a statically
related field. Experience and mastery of SPSS and a strong working
knowledge of relational data base software required. Healthcare related
experience a plus.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is negotiable and commensurate with
experience.
