Fracture healing cost analysis date

Dear subscribers,

I am finishing my Ph.D Thesis on mechanical and histomorphometrical
evaluation of an in vivo fracture stiffness monitoring system and I
would be very grateful if you could send me some information about
cost analysis data of long bone fractures treated by external
fixation in USA and/or Europe because MEDLINE and other database
seeks have showed just a few papers.
