Hello all!
I need to do some programming for my research and the only language I
know is Fortran 77, which I learned as a sophmore in college in 1990. What
language would you recommend for a first time programmer and can you give
me a book reference? I have access to turbo pascal and turbo C++ 3.0 for
windows. Thanks for the help.
