Hello All:
I just wanted to inform the readers of BIOMCH-L (who are also members of ASB)
that a listserver has been set up for the benefit of student ASB members.
This list is maintained by myself, Sheila Stevens, the '96-97 student
representative of ASB.
If you are a student member, you may subscribe to the list by sending email
to majordomo@lists.stanford.edu with the following context:
subscribe asb-students
If you are an advisor to student members of ASB (or students thinking about
membership), please forward this message to them. As of now, only subscribers
to the list may post messages. If you have postings or comments that are
relevant to the group, but you are not subscribed, you may send email to
owner-asb-students@lists.stanford.edu (Sheila Stevens)
The list has been in existence since November '96, and serves mainly as a
way for the student representative to make announcements. Message traffic
is quite light, so students need not fear subscribing to a "mail box filler".
Thanks a lot-
Sheila
