  • Summary: Telemetric load cells

    Hello Biomch-L:

Here are the responses I got to my query about commercially available,
telemetric load cells. Many thanks to all who replied.

    >We are trying to determine if there are any commercially available
    >telemetric load cells. We know the technology has been used to measure in
    >vivo hip and spinal loads but have not been able to locate any commercially
    >available and non-implantable load cells. We hope to use the load cells to

    >If anyone knows of a supplier for these devices could you please email me
    >the appropriate information? I will post a summary of replies if I receive
    any.

    >Try contacting Noraxon in Arizona. They make telemetric equipment, including
    >emg, goniometers, etc. Maybe they can help.
