Job opening: Postdoctoral Research Fellowship
The Department of Orthopaedic Research and Biomechanics at the
University of Ulm
has an opening of position as a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship.
Applicants
should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science and must have experiences in
operating
Unix based systems (SGI, SUN) and X-Motif, OpenGL programming.
The selected candidate will be involved in the development of a Computer
Assisted
Surgery (CAS) system for the improvement of knee ligament surgery.
General

The position (BAT IIa, approx. 75000 DM/year) is limited to two years
with a one
year extension option. Applicants from any country are welcome.
Knowledge of the
german language is not necessarily required but foreigners are expected
to learn
german during their stay.
