Dear all:
Now I must stop accepting requests for copies of the article
by Benedikt. I did not expect so much interest in an old article
which does not contain any relevant information for up-to-date
research. The bibliography information as it was given by Allard
Paul was enough to get the article.
I will try to satisfy all request for copies for those who have
sent an e-mail to me up to now!
