    Dr. Fleisig,

    Let me preference my response by saying that not all states will be the
    same, insurance laws and coverage vary from state to state.

    While I was in private practice in Courpus Christi, TX, I had numberous
    patients who were competative powerlifters. I did perform and
    successfully bill for video biomechanical analysis on several occassions
    for some of these patients. The key was that there was a compensible
    injury or illness (for insurance to pay for this analysis).
