There is a book edited in france by Masson & C. Editeurs Paris in 1973.
It´s an old book but very interesting; there is information about angular
motion of daily movements but not only the shoulder articulations.
The title is "GESTES DE LA VIE QUOTIDIENNE" and their authors are
F.Arcadio, A.Moulay and P.Chauvinc. ISBN: 2-225-38566-1
It´s one of a collection of books on Medicine Legale et de Toxicologie
Medicale.
The only drawback it has is its price.
