Hello everyone!
Just want to make sure that everyone makes their reservations for the
confernce because rooms are being booked fast. And on the confernce program
it wasn't noted who the invited speakers for Friday and Saturday. We are
pleased to have Dr. Jeffery Johnson from St. Louis who will speak about foot
treatment and modeling and Dr. Scott Banks from Good Samaritan Medical
Center Florida who will discuss advanced imaging technique for biomechanical
analysis.

EARLY REGISTRATION
The deadline for early registration is MARCH 1st, 1997. Conference fees
increase by $50 after the deadline.
HOTEL REGISTRATION
Book your hotel room by MARCH 10th to ensure room availability and
conference room rate. The meeting will be held at the Swissotel in downtown
Chicago. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel which is located
at 323 East Wacker Drive. The room rate for either single or double
occupancy is $125.00 per night (plus 14.9% city and state hotel taxes).
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at
(312) 565- 0565 or (800) 65-GRAND. When making your reservation, please
notify the hotel that you will be attending the conference.
