Greetings from West Virginia.
I would like information on image analysis software for morphometric
measurements (areas, perimeters, etc.) of muscle fibers in standard biopsy
specimens. We have used Optimas in the past but our image analysis
facility has become too crowded and the cost of purchasing another Optimas
program is well beyond our means. I wondered if anyone has developed
add-ons to PhotoShop 4.0 that would meet the criteria necessary for
scientific measurements.
