  • ISB97 abstracts

Dear participants in the XVIth ISB Congress in August:

-Notification regarding acceptance/rejection of papers has been made to
authors by fax or e-mail. Authors who have not heard from the congress
organizers should contract the congress office.

-The E-mailed abstracts will be published on the congress web-page before
the congress. Authors who submitted abstracts by airmail and want their
abstracts published on-line: please prepare abstracts using Microsoft Word
(HTML-formatted file preferable) or plain (ASCII) text, and send by e-mail
    either to:

    Dr. Shinohara (shino@idaten.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp) [Windows, PC]
    Dr. Kawakami (kawakami@idaten.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp) [Macintosh]

When e-mailing, the "Subject" should be "ISB-###", and the attached file
should be named "ISB-###.DOC" (Word format) or "ISB-###.HTM" (HTML format)
    (### is your abstract number).

To authors who do not wish to have their abstracts published on-line,
please inform the congress office (isb97@idaten.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp or
    kawakami@idaten.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp).

-The organizers sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of some of the
authors who submitted abstracts by e-mail. A trouble occurred during
decoding process, which has been solved (I hope).

-If you have not made registration yet, please be advised that the deadline
for registration by mail is June 15.

    Best regards,

Yasuo Kawakami, Ph.D. (ISB1997 Congress Secretary)
