Anthropometric Study: US Hispanic Population

I am interested in finding out if anyone is aware of anthropometric studies on
the US Hispanic population. The information could be useful for designing
workplaces in areas such as Miami or Southern California.

Is it possible that there are no studies completed, perhaps on the basis of how
does one define a "hispanic" population.

I will gladly compile all responses. I appreciate any information.
