anthro kits; roll out runways

Dear group,

Does anyone have any information about where I may purchase an
anthropometric kit for measuring limb lengths, girths, breadths, depths,
etc.? Also, I am looking for any ideas for roll-out runways to use on a gym
floor during data collection - something that won't reflect and won't slide?
Any ideas on either would be greatly appreciated.
