QuickSAND update

I have updated QuickSAND in two trivial ways:
1. The sample data file was in fact the original Pezzack et al. data and
not that with added noise. I have now added the Pezzack et al. data with
added noise.
2. I fixed a small bug that might cause a file to display improperly. This
bug did not effect any computations or text output - only the display.
3. I have added a cautionary note to the QS.html file concerning input of
Microsoft Excel text files.

QuickSAND is freeware for canned smoothing and numerical differentiation on
Power Macs and clones.
