Oxford Metrics, the British based manufacturer of the Vicon motion
analysis
system, is establishing a new subsidiary operation in Southern
California
which will provide support for existing customers, installation and
training for new customers and a sales & marketing operation to
develop new
customers and new markets.
The company has a very strong base of users in the USA, mainly in the
field
of clinical gait analysis, as a result of a presence in the market
since
1983. Good growth in the 1990's coupled with exciting development
projects
about to mature give us confidence to invest in this new operation.
We are looking for individuals with technical experience in human
movement sciences, a good academic background and excellent
communication skills to work in the fields of Customer Support and
Sales & Marketing. Experience of working in a commercial environment
is essential. Applicants will have to work
from our Southern California location and will be expected to travel
within
the United States and Canada.
