POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Title: Program Development Director
Description: The Program Development Director for the American Coaching
Effectiveness Program (ACEP) is a full-time, permanent position. The
responsibilities of this position include developing and revising
materials for ACEP's curriculum, conceptualizing and organizing the
content for courses and resources, planning specific publications,
writing and editing manuscripts, working with authors, communicating
with staff and outside agencies and individuals.
Qualifications:
1. College education or advanced degree
2. Sports background and sports science knowledge
3. Commitment to sport and coaching education
4. Excellent writing skills and good developmental editorial skills
5. Attention to accuracy in work of self and others
6. Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
7. Excellent planning and organizational skills
8. Experience and interest in designing instructional programs
9. Ability to work independently on long term projects
Starting Date: Immediately
Salary: Commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits
