Anthropometry method

Dear,

I am looking for the anthropometric data of Hong Kong. Also, What
kind of the standard anthropometry method should be used to measure the
body dimension.

Also, I want to design and build an Automatic Anthropometric
Measuring Device for rapid measurement of body dimension, especially for
standing. So, what kind of sensors(for example, ultrasonic and laser) are
suitable for? Also, what is their accuracy? And How can they connect to
computer?
