Tool for FEM & BEM

Dear Colleagues,

I am a PhD student. My project is about the Forward Problem of EEG using
Finite Element Method (FEM) or/and Boundary Element Method (BEM). I wonder
if there are any FEM or/and BEM softwares for above purpose available.
Any information is appreciated and will be posted later.
