I have a question that maybe someone could give their thoughts about.
During a 10 rep max bench press, which rep is the most dangerous in
regards to a pec tear, rep 1 or rep 10? Rep 1 occurs when the muscle
can generate the most force, but rep 10 is accomplished with maximum
fatigue. So, if a pec tear is going to occur, which rep is it most
likely to occur at?
