subscribing biomech journals and join ISB

Hello,
I have a question about biomech periodics - could you say me which
journals concerning computerized posturography, EMG and kinesiology I
could subscribe and send me some contact e-mails or other coordinates
(e-mails preferable)?
And the last - how could I join ISB? What I need for it, where am I to
send money and what are conditions of ISB membership?
