modelisation of human arm, search for material parameters

Hello,

I have some problems to get detailled parameters for material laws about
the fore-arm (radius and ulna) as well as information about joint
modelisation (moment-ancle laws, ...). Could you say me, which journals I
should consult on these subjects or whom I could contact for details?
