  • Precision grip model.

    Dear Biomech's,
    I am a graduate student working on a control model of the human
    precision grip. I have reached a point where I have to separate the
    control system from the complex system of the upper limb. Where can I
    find further information of a simple model of the upper limb? The aim of
    this is to find an approximation of a transfer function from motoneuron
    to fingertip forces. The model should be as simple as possible. The
    motoneuron output can also be replaced with a step function representing
    the goal force at the finger tip.
    I have gone through the ISB archives but didn't find exactly what I
    was looking for.
