I just received a query on a lacking reference in my 23 December 1991 posting
about Jim Gage's book on Gait Analysis in Cerebral Palsy, and on the price of
the book.
With my apologies, the reply to the first query is:
Winters, T.F., Gage, J.R., Hicks, R. (1987) 'Gait patterns in spastic
hemiplegia in children and young adults.' Journal of Bone and Joint
Surgery, 69A, 437-441.
The approximate price of the book (North America) is US $ 50,00; however,
I seem to recall that a reduction applies if the book is ordered during
January or February 1992 (no guarantee on my part!).
